Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

  • Flat-rate shipping: $6.99 per order.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on location.

  • All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Florida.

Tracking

  • A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the label has been created.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at ryan@the-hq-agency.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

  • HQ Agency Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Please check with your carrier directly for delivery issues.

International Shipping

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
