How to Request a Refund

Email support@drinktrvl.com with your order number and a quick note about why TRVL didn't work for you (we use this to improve). We'll process the refund within 3–5 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Item?

If your order arrived damaged, was missing items, or contained the wrong product email us within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it free of charge.
